I.T. Technician

United Imaging Technology Services Division is growing it’s I.T. team. This is an opportunity to become part of a group of over 95 award winning experts that provide products and services to fortune 500 companies, government agencies and small business around the world.

Responsibilities include

  • Helpdesk level workstation and network troubleshooting
  • Ticket / issue management and documentation
  • Internal and external communication to technical and non-technical users.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environments delivering technical services
  • Proficiency installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software systems

Technologies serviced include Windows and Mac workstations, Windows Servers, Printing Systems, Monitors, Battery Backup Systems, networking equipment, MS Active Directory and MS Exchange Email, on premises and cloud storage, advanced firewalls ( SonicWALL, Cisco, etc.), IP networking and security, and more.

Requirements

  • 2+ years I.T. Service experience
  • Previous Helpdesk or field service technician

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to further grow this division.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Identify and acquire new business opportunities
•Develop and maintain relationships with customers
•Find new prospects via cold calling, networking, etc.
•Manage and grow customer relationships
•Work with other UI divisions to maximize business penetration with customers
•Work independently in the field while managing internal resources
•Make presentations to C-level and high level managers

REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum of 2 years of office supply industry experience
•Highly motivated, focus, and performance driven
•Great people skills and communicator
•Organized multi-tasker
•Demonstrable track record of successful sales
•Presentation, organization and interpersonal skills
•Relationship first sales approach
