With the latest update of DocuWare’s mobile app, you can upload documents directly to DocuWare from your smartphone and use all the power of Intelligent Indexing to quickly index and neatly organize the information.

DocuWare trays, so handy for pre-sorting documents, are now displayed in the mobile app. Upload photos or documents from other apps to a DocuWare tray and then store them in a file cabinet.

If Intelligent Indexing is set to active for a tray, you can use the suggestions of this self-learning service for indexing to make filing especially quick and easy.

The mobile DocuWare app can be used with DocuWare 6.10 or higher. For DocuWare On-Premise, a mobile license is first required for the system; the app itself is free. DocuWare Cloud customers do not need any additional license.
