Passion minus intelligent decision making equals bad news. If you have a fire in your belly to succeed, be sure to stoke that fire with wisdom, and constantly seek knowledge relating to your field or industry.

Integrity.
Just as ambition must be backed by ability, so too must it be laced with integrity. The thought of cheating might be appealing, but that kind of behavior will make your successes short lived.

Diversity.
Embrace your own uniqueness. Remember that in business, teams must work together. That means valuing people for who they are and the unique skills they offer.
