Incentive Options Rules
Applied to Lease Funding
The transaction will be overfunded in the amount of the applicable customer incentive based on model leased.
Applied as Rebate Check (End Customer)
If the rebate option is selected, the rebate will be paid by check directly to the end customer (lessee). No exceptions.
Please allow up to 60 days for Rebate payment to be made.
Payment check will be in the name of the TFS leasing company being used.
Promotion Rules
This promotion is valid from June 1, 2016 – March 1, 2017.
To qualify for this promotion, lease must be signed, funded and product installed by February 28, 2017.
GEM Express/ABC/Direct transactions are not eligible. First Source transactions are eligible at published First Source rates.
New equipment only – used or refurbished equipment does not qualify.
Cash rebate is specific only to the specified eligible models, product substitutions are not permitted. e.g. e-STUDIO3555C cash rebate cannot be used on an e-STUDIO3505AC. Toshiba is not responsible for inventory availability, delays in lease approval or other delays.
Eligible products must be leased through Toshiba Financial Services or approved lease partners (USB, GE, DLL, GreatAmerica, CIT).
All transactions are subject to credit approval.
This promotion can be combined with the 36, 39, 60 and 63 month lease rates promotions.
Promotion acknowledgement form must be signed by lessee and submitted with the original lease documents. No exceptions.
Send all lease applications directly to Toshiba Financial Services. Toshiba Financial Services will contact the Dealer upon credit approval or non-approval. Upon credit approval, Toshiba Financial Services will advise the Dealer of lease terms and payment schedule.
