Our behaviors, including our behaviors at work, are powerfully influenced by social norms, or what we’re calling unwritten rules.
Unwritten rules are actually the single biggest influence on organizations—yet most ignore this dynamic and, in doing so, undermine their chances of leading successful change. To share the research on what these unwritten rules mean as well as their possible implications for the workplace, WE HUB SoCal is thrilled to host a global tour of engaging conversations—led by Jeff Leitner and Jan Johnson—aimed at helping organizations and their consultants to bring about real and lasting change.
