I’ve worked with 3 different Office Supply companies. 2 of which are “the big top” name companies. In this case, big is not always better. Because some bigger suppliers don’t have the time to spend on our small $$ orders. United is the 4th supplie we’ve dealt. Our company has been with United for a little over 3 years now. 2 years before that, but because of a bad apple (who is no longer with United. It happens). We have a wonderful United Rep that always meets our needs. I always get follow ups to make sure we have what we need and our order is correct. We were not big enough or worth the time for the other guys. No we are not the biggest spenders, because our office doesn’t have a big staff. Our other locations do their own ordering.
But United has taken the time to customize their business services to our business needs in office supplies. My option they are doing just great. Haven’t had any problems with United yet. I have to give props to our rep by the way. RT!
