RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting and repair of TOSHIBA Copier equipment. This position requires technical skills, people skills, and a flexible schedule. Work is performed in the field at customer site along with assembly of equipment in the office.

EXPERIENCE 
[separator color=” thickness=’0′ up=’30’ down=’30’]
• Certification with TOSHIBA.
• A+, MCSE certification preferred.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Must be reliable and demonstrate flexibility (Evenings and Weekends).
• Willingness to travel in Southern California between sites
• Willingness to work with end users and management to resolve difficult issue at times while under tight time constraints.
• Team-oriented.
• Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot on various technologies.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Must reside in Los Angeles
• 2+ years related experience with installing, upgrading and repairing equipment.
• Intermediate computer literacy and knowledge of computer hardware and printers.
